Can You Say "Pathological", Boys And Girls?...

You Are 48% Sociopath
Bloodsucker
You're not a sociopath, but you're very prone to antisocial behavior. Other people's opinions matter little to you. You live your own fringe life - for better or worse.

Your Dosha is Kapha
Tadpoles
Calm and grounded, you are not prone to mood swings or anger. However, once you do get angry, it takes a lot to cool you down. You tend to think a little slower than most people, but your logic is astounding. Overall, you are very loyal and trustworthy. You're not scared of being who you really are.

With friends: You enjoy their company, but often listen more than talk.

In love: You crave connection and affection. It's hard for you to be single.

To achieve more balance: Exercise vigorously (especially in the sun) and let go of attachments.

What Your Soul Really Looks Like
Surrealistic Mae West
You are quite expressive and thoughtful. You see the world in a way that others are blind to.

You are not a very grounded person. You prefer dreams to reality. For you, it's all about possibilities.

You believe that people see you as larger than life and important. While this is true, they also think you're a bit full of yourself.

Your near future is a lot like the present, and as far as you're concerned, that's a very good thing.

For you, love is all about caring and comfort. You couldn't fall in love with someone you didn't trust.

[because Victim of Reality just *had* to wave quizzes in front of me -- I'm an ADDICT, people; where's MY dernded rehab?!?!?...]

However, I *Refuse* To Do Any Dewey Decimal Memes...

[via Where Normal Ceases To Exist]

The original idea here was to list the first song that appears in your iPod list for each letter when sorted by song title -- since the closest thing I have is my Launchcast station playlist (and that doesn't have a song title sort), this is a list of the first song I found for each letter as I searched that list (in whatever order that sorts by...):

Agitation - Miles Davis
Blue Rondo A La Turk - Dave Brubeck
Countdown - John Coltrane
Devil Woman - Charles Mingus
E.S.P. - Miles Davis
Frelon Brun (Brown Hornet) - Miles Davis
Gingerbread Boy - Miles Davis
How Do I Deal - Jennifer Love Hewitt
Invisible - Ornette Coleman
John McLaughlin - Miles Davis
Kyrie - Mr. Mister
Lost In The Supermarket - The Clash
Mr. P.C. - John Coltrane
Naima - John Coltrane
Out Of This World - John Coltrane Quartet
Part 1: Acknowledgement - John Coltrane
*Questions 67 & 68 - Chicago
Round Midnight - Miles Davis
Saturn - John Coltrane
The Inch Worm - John Coltrane Quartet
Ugly Beauty - Thelonius Monk
Voodoo Chile (Slight Return) - Jimi Hendrix
Watermelon Man - Herbie Hancock
*X Offender - Blondie
You're Lost Little Girl - The Doors
Zilch - The Monkees

*(okay, so I got tired of looking for Q's and X's -- these were the first two songs I thought of that *are* on that list *somewhere*...)

And Here I Was Hoping For Candy-Apple Green...

I'm a Platinum Grey Volkswagen Beetle!

Platinum Grey Volkswagen Beetle

Silent and blunt, you're often as unnoticed as your Platinum Grey Beetle. Odds are that your journal is the only window people have to your personality. But like the Beetle you drive, all you have to do is honk your horn a little and the attention will stay with you for a while.

What kind of Volkswagen New Beetle are you?

Tryin' To Get The Mojo Again...

(or: So Many Ideas, So Little Motivation To Make Them Into Proper Posts)

If anyone out there plays poker at PartyPoker, Full Tilt or Bodog and doesn't mind walking someone who's apparently thicker than the entire unabridged print version of the Encyclopedia Britannica through the process, could someone *please* explain to me how to work at least one of these f*ing software packages? (I suppose when it took me three tries to download UltimateBet, only to have that one lock up in mid-signup, I should've taken that as a sign...)

Ingredients of Old 7-Up:

carbonated water, high fructose corn syrup and/or sugar, citric acid, natural lemon and lime flavors, sodium citrate, calcium disodium EDTA (to protect flavor)

Ingredients of New 100%-Natural 7-Up:

filtered carbonated water, high fructose corn syrup, natural citric acid, natural flavors, natural potassium citrate

What Does This Teach Us?
  1. Unfiltered carbonated water is unnatural.
  2. Sugar is unnatural.
  3. Some citric acids are more natural than others.
  4. You can have pictures of lemons and limes on the can, but for God's sake, don't name them (and make sure you add the phrase CONTAINS NO JUICE while you're at it if you don't want to get sued.)
  5. Potassium is more natural than sodium.
  6. We don't *need* to protect any stinkin' flavor no mo'...

Overheard from the vegetable medley:

I am not a banana!
I am a LIMA BEAN!!!
